He owns, operates, and leads multiple offices of First Choice Business Brokers (FCBB), where he and his agents assist clients in building valuable companies and facilitate the buying or selling of businesses when clients are ready. His professional background and personal experience provide him with a unique level of insight and understanding for his clients.

Dr. Fernando Acosta holds a Doctor of Management degree in Organizational Leadership with a specialization in Information Systems & Technology, a Master of Business Administration with a specialization in Marketing, and a Master of Science in Information Management. He is also a Certified Mergers & Acquisitions Professional and an active, contributing member of the International Business Broker Association (IBBA) and Mergers & Acquisition (M&A) Source, where he is recognized as an innovator in the industry.

In addition, Dr. Fernando serves as the Vice Chair of the Arizona Business Brokers Association (AZBBA), reflecting his leadership and commitment to advancing the business brokerage profession.
