Biography of William Miller
I’m William Miller, an entrepreneur with over 15 years of experience building, owning, and operating small businesses within my community. My career has been driven by a deep respect for entrepreneurship, leadership, and creating long-term value across multiple industries.
For the past 10 years, I’ve worked in residential real estate, helping buyers and sellers successfully transact over $80 million in real estate. Beyond my own production, I’ve had the opportunity to manage, mentor, and support more than 50 real estate professionals, providing ongoing training, best practices, and strategic guidance to help them grow and strengthen their careers.
I hold a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Phoenix and a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from Arizona State University’s W. P. Carey School of Business. Earlier in my career, I worked in a corporate call center environment, where I managed teams focused on call coaching, performance improvement, student development, and decision-making. That experience sharpened my leadership, communication, and talent-development skills—skills I continue to apply across my businesses and advisory work today.
Because of my passion for entrepreneurship, I made the decision to become a business broker. Over the years, I’ve witnessed too many business owners simply close their doors, unaware that the businesses they worked so hard to build could have been successfully sold. That reality shaped my mission. I’m committed to sharing my experience with other business owners and helping them understand their options, maximize their business value, and make the most informed decisions possible—whether that means scaling, exiting, or planning for the future.
I’m also a family man and the proud father of one son, who is a public speaker at the age of 10, speaking on large stages across the country. He has been featured on the cover of TIME FOR KIDS magazine and has appeared on multiple nationally syndicated talk shows. Watching him grow has reinforced my belief in discipline, preparation, confidence, and leading by example.
Outside of business, I stay deeply involved in my community. I coach multiple youth sports teams and volunteer throughout the year, focusing on leadership, accountability, and character development for young people both on and off the field.
I’m known for my hands-on leadership style, strong work ethic, and commitment to helping others succeed. Whether as an entrepreneur, real estate professional, business broker, mentor, coach, or father, I bring integrity, consistency, and real-world experience into everything I do.
